Hockwell Ring Amateur Boxing Club (HRABC), located in the heart of Luton's community, is a local boxing club that aims to actively involve young people in sports and provide them with a positive outlet for their energy. The club has been running since 2004 and has recently moved to new premises, signalling growth and progress.

The club recently celebrated a historic moment when Kay, a founding member, coach, committee member, and all-around inspiration, became Luton's very first English champion. Kay's achievements inside and outside the ring, as a teacher, coach, and family man, have inspired everyone at HRABC. He embodies the values that the club strives to instil in its young members.
Membership fees for HRABC are affordable, with adult sessions priced at 6. 00 per session and junior sessions at 3. 00 per session. The club also keeps its members updated through its social media channels, such as its Twitter account, where news and updates are shared.
HRABC offers training classes throughout the week. Troublesome Tuesdays include sessions for schools (10–13 years old, carded members only), youths (14–17 years old, carded members only), and adults (18+). Torturous Thursdays follow a similar schedule, and Super Strength Saturdays focus on beginners (under 18, non-carded) and adult fitness (Kettlercise/strength and conditioning). Sparring Sundays are by invitation only and are divided into school, junior, and senior sessions.
