Yes. The gym is set up so members can work at their own speed, or join age and ability appropriate fitness classes.
A trainer is available to assist you to build individual programmes.
It supports healthier lifestyles with a zero pressure environment for people from school age through to the Queenagers over 50s group, with age and ability appropriate classes.
Membership is done in person. You meet the team, fill in membership forms, go through policies and procedures, and receive an access tag for gym entry.
The gym is at 20 Clendon Esplanade, Rawene, Northland.
