Medway Yacht Club is excited to announce the Holdfast Keelboat Regatta, set to take place from 12th to 14th July 2024. With three classes of handicap racing for cruisers, as well as one design racing for Dragons, Sonatas, and Squibs, there's something for everyone at this event. The races will kick off and finish from committee boats in the River Medway or the Thames Estuary, with the Squibs using the normal club line.

Apart from the thrilling races, the Regatta will also feature various social events, starting with the Practice Race on Friday evening followed by 'Après Sail'. Our Galley Restaurant and Dragon Bar will be open throughout, serving delicious snacks and meals sourced from local suppliers. On Sunday, the doors will be open to the public during the day, offering breakfast and packed lunches. Pre-ordered packed lunches can also be arranged.
Stay tuned for the menu announcements for the Practice Race on Friday and for Saturday and Sunday. The dress code for Sunday is casual, and after the prize-giving ceremony, join us for an end of Regatta Hog Roast to celebrate a fantastic event.
