At Holistic Heaven, Claire offers quick hit sessions or longer, indulgent treatments. Choose from massages, reflexology, acupuncture, and the innovative Belabacci Cupping technique, ranging from 30-minute sessions to an hour. Prices start at £25 for 30 minutes, and gift vouchers are available.

Need to stretch out those muscles? Claire’s new studio at Henllys Fach welcomes all ages and experience levels. With several classes throughout the week, including a chill-out yoga session with meditation, there’s something for everyone's schedule. Just show up in comfortable clothes; mats are provided. Drop-in sessions are £6, or commit to a course of 6 sessions for £35.

For a full-day reset, Claire’s day retreats at Henllys Fach are packed with activities like morning yoga, guided meditation, sound baths, nature walks, and a scrumptious home-cooked buffet lunch. You’ll also get taster sessions of chair massage or reflexology, your choice of a 30-minute holistic treatment, and a fun arts and crafts activity. All this for just £70 per person – book early to grab your spot!

Want to dive deeper into holistic therapies? Claire’s Reflexology Workshop gives you the lowdown on reflexology's origins and benefits, plus hands-on training. Refreshments are provided, and you can hang around for lunch after the session. The workshop is £45 per person.
