Hollie Beau Yoga is a renowned Yoga instructor based in Rotorua, New Zealand. Originally hailing from the picturesque Lake District in England, Hollie's passion for adventure sports led her to pursue a degree in Outdoor Studies before making the move to New Zealand. Currently residing in Rotorua, Hollie devotes most of her time to mountain biking in the splendid Whakarewarewa Forest and practising alignment-based Yoga.
With over 15 years of personal Yoga experience, Hollie has been teaching Yoga for the past five years. Prior to becoming a Yoga instructor, she worked as a rock climbing instructor, showcasing her diverse range of outdoor and fitness skills. Some may even recognise her from her cheer at the Okere Falls Store.
Hollie considers herself fortunate to have completed her Yoga teacher training with esteemed instructor Amy Ippoliti of Yogaglo and 90 Monkeys in Boulder, Colorado. As part of her training, she also delved into Sanskrit Studies under the guidance of Manorama. Additionally, Hollie has undergone significant study with Gabriela Maass of Continuum Yoga, who introduced her to Yoga back in the UK. During her travels in India, she immersed herself in two intensive courses with renowned Iyengar Yoga teacher Bramacharya Rudra Dev of Rishikesh, further deepening her understanding and expertise in the practise.
