Our Reformer space, which was once the Old Time Office, has been carefully transformed into a sensation studio. Equipped with state-of-the-art reformer machines, it has become a hub for our growing community of individuals who want to share in the joy of mastering their own movement.
In addition to Reformer Pilates, we also offer Mat Pilates classes at our Core Reform space located at No. 39 Huddersfield Road. Led by our knowledgeable and encouraging instructors, our classes are progressive and detail-oriented, allowing you to progress at your own pace. We infuse creativity into our classical Pilates method, providing a workout that engages both the mind and body.

Beginners can start with our Reformer Pilates Beginner Essentials, while those looking for a flowing and dynamic experience can opt for our Find Your Flow class.
