Holy Family Southampton Gymnastics Club's Holy Family Satellite Centre in Southampton is hosting a Gymnastics For All event that will surely interest young aspiring gymnasts. The sessions are divided into two age groups: Juniors and Seniors. Juniors have a 1.5-hour class, while Seniors get a longer 2-hour session.
During these classes, children will have the opportunity to learn and improve their basic gymnastics skills, with a specific focus on the Floor and Vault apparatus. This will provide them with a solid foundation for their gymnastics journey. And that's not all! Holy Family also takes part in the club's annual competition and gala, giving children the chance to showcase their hard work and progress throughout the year.
