Established over a hundred years ago, Holywell Golf Club boasts a course that is both challenging and enjoyable. The softness of the turf combined with the limestone subsoil creates an arena that never fatigues. The course offers 18 holes of real golfing challenge with its variety and natural hazards. Whether you're a visitor or a member, the course provides plenty of interest and opportunities to test your golfing skills.

In addition to the golf course, Holywell Golf Club also offers a comfortable and welcoming clubhouse with a recently refurbished dining room. From here, you can enjoy views of the course and the beautiful Clwydian Range. The bar and catering operation are managed directly by the club, offering a wide range of hot and cold drinks, including real ale from a local brewery. The catering department provides wholesome food, ranging from sandwiches and snacks to homemade pies and curries.

We are also celiac and vegetarian friendly, ensuring that everyone can find something to enjoy.

If you're planning a special event or celebration, Holywell Golf Club can cater to your needs. Whether it's a christening, birthday party, anniversary, wedding reception, funeral tea, or Christmas party, our catering team can create a bespoke menu tailored to your preferences and budget.

The bar and catering hours are flexible to accommodate different schedules. The bar is open from 12. 00 pm until dusk, and the catering hours are as follows: Tuesday (11. 00 am to 4.

00 pm), Wednesday (12. 00 pm to 3. 00 pm), Saturday (9. 30 am to 4.

00 pm), and Sunday (12. 00 pm to dusk). Please note that the bar is closed on Monday and Friday.
