To ensure a smooth experience, guests are required to arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration at the office. Latecomers may be refused a ride to maintain safety protocols. Riders should also be physically capable of mounting and dismounting themselves, with a weight limit of 105 kilogrammes. Helmets are provided for those who do not have their own, and riding waivers must be completed upon arrival, with a guardian's signature for participants under 18.
