Horses have the ability to regulate the nervous system of clients and can model healthy ways of living and expressing feelings. Horse Sense offers a range of services to meet the varying needs of clients. Individual EAL sessions provide one-on-one experiences with horses, allowing clients to explore relationships, build self-awareness, develop social and emotional skills, and focus on their individual needs and goals. The 7 Session Horse Wisdom Programme offers participants the chance to interact with horses in a small group setting (4–6 people) to develop important life skills and regulation strategies.
For those interested in learning horse riding skills, Horse Sense also operates a riding school. They provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals of all levels and abilities to learn to ride and have fun with horses and ponies.
