Linda, Jackie, and Sharon Sharman have a combined teaching experience of over 65 years. Their dedication to teaching swimming shines through as they strive to equip your child with this essential life skill.
Sharon Sharman, our pre-school swimming teacher, brings a unique perspective to the pool. With over 8 years of experience, Sharon previously served as a senior manager in the London Fire Brigade for 16 years and even ran her own business hiring out fire engines for parties. She's also had a remarkable stint in the Royal Navy Reserves for 6 years. Sharon's mission is to ensure every child feels safe in the water while nurturing their love and joy for swimming.
Jackie Reeves, another exceptional member of our team, has been a swimming teacher for an impressive 18 years. Her own passion for swimming started at a tender age, training every morning before school for Crawley Swimming Club. Now, she takes immense pride in being recognised as one of the top teachers in the South East of England. Jackie finds great satisfaction in instilling this vital life skill in children and witnessing their growth and progress in the water.
Our Swim School Administrator, Hannah Henly, is not only an invaluable member of our team but also a Level 2 Swimming Instructor. With 9 years of teaching experience under her belt, Hannah finds joy in being a part of each person's journey to becoming safe and confident in the water. Her dedication and commitment to helping individuals enjoy swimming is truly commendable.
Last but not least, we have Zanny (Susannah Forman), a passionate swimming teacher since 2008. Before embarking on her teaching career, Zanny worked in promotions for Heart FM and a large energy company. Swimming has always held a special place in her heart, having competed and trained at Crystal Palace. Zanny's infectious enthusiasm for the water ensures that every swimmer she encounters learns to love and embrace swimming.
