Horsham Shaolin Kung Fu, spearheaded by Jose, invites sports enthusiasts in Horsham to explore the traditional art of Shaolin Gaocan Mun Nam Pai Chuan. Rooted in the history of Shaolin monasteries, this club is open to both adults and kids eager to learn this ancient martial art.
Kung Fu isn’t just enjoyable; it’s a path to better fitness, strength, and confidence. It offers unique challenges that other sports can’t replicate and can be practised anywhere. Horsham Shaolin Kung Fu’s classes are dynamic and welcoming to all experience levels. Plus, the first three sessions are free, so newcomers can easily test the waters.
Classes run twice a week at Millais School main hall on Depot Road. Wednesdays feature classes from 17:00 to 18:00 for children aged 5 and up, and from 18:00 to 19:30 for adults aged 12 and up. Saturdays have a mixed-age class from 09:30 to 10:30. Ample free parking is available.
Monthly fees are £35 for adults and £25 for kids, offering unlimited training sessions.
Members benefit from improved fitness, flexibility, and well-being, and join a supportive, close-knit community where everyone pushes each other to improve. Whether joining for fitness, self-defence, or curiosity, Jose and Horsham Shaolin Kung Fu are dedicated to helping students achieve their goals.
For additional training, home practice options are available. Detailed information about classes, the history of Nam Pai Chuan, and a gallery of club activities can be found on their website.
