Specialising in Sports Therapy and Injury Rehabilitation, Steve holds a Level 5 HND qualification. This enables him to offer expert advice and treatment for sports-related injuries and assist clients in enhancing their strength, cardiovascular fitness, and weight management. He is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist, ensuring the appropriate exercises are given to correct movement patterns.
