HOTWORX - Galway IE (Tuam Road) is a yoga studio and gym located in the heart of Galway, Ireland on Tuam Road Retail Centre, Unit 7 ground floor. With a focus on providing members with unlimited, 24-hour access to a variety of virtually instructed, infrared sauna workouts, HOTWORX helps individuals achieve their fitness goals through 3D Training – a powerful combination of heat, infrared energy, and exercise.
The studio offers a range of isometric workouts including Hot Iso, Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga, Hot Buns, Hot Barre None, Hot Core, Hot Warrior, Hot Bands, as well as high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts in a 15-minute format for those looking for a quick and effective session. Members can also participate in group cycle sessions with choreographed intensity intervals.
At HOTWORX, members can make use of the FX Zone, an exercise area equipped with bands, weights, ropes, and other training equipment. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines recommended for use in the FX Zone to complement the infrared workout sessions.
