About
1. Arrive early: It's always a good idea to arrive early to your first class, so you can get settled in and familiarise yourself with the studio.
2. Dress appropriately: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and flexibility. The studio is heated, so lightweight, breathable fabrics are recommended.
3. Bring a towel and water: With the heated environment, you are likely to sweat, so a towel and water bottle are essential to stay hydrated.
4. Mind your limits: Listen to your body and take breaks when necessary. Yoga is about finding a balance between pushing yourself and respecting your limitations.
5. Respect the space: Hot Yoga Fusion is a welcoming and inclusive community, so be mindful of others and maintain a positive and supportive environment.
