The Performance Red A group trains in the pool on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, with land training on Tuesday and Saturday. Performance Red B, Performance White, and Performance Blue have their own schedules as well.

For younger swimmers, the Harriers groups train on Monday, Friday, and Saturday, with land training on Saturday.

Hounslow Jets prioritise members' safety and well-being, offering dedicated welfare resources and safeguarding information. Note any schedule changes during the Christmas and New Year break.
