Led by highly knowledgeable and skilled instructors, the school offers regular lessons every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 pm to 9 pm at the Isleworth & Syon School Gym. The training fee for each lesson is 10, and an annual Federation membership and insurance fee of 35 is required. It is important to note that individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their first lesson.
The school's location at Isleworth & Syon School Gym is easily accessible. Situated at Ridgeway Road in Isleworth, Middlesex, the gym can be reached by both train and tube. The Isleworth train station, which connects to Waterloo station, is a convenient option for those travelling by train. Osterley tube station on the Piccadilly Line is also nearby.
