Join the hurdle sessions on Sundays at Kingsmeadow Stadium in Kingston (KT1 3 PB) with Richard Holt and Glory Alozie. Improve your hurdling skills with the help of Momentum Sports' elite coaches. Athletes of all abilities and age groups, starting from U13s upwards, are welcome to join these sessions. And hey, if you already have a coach, no worries, you can still come along and up your game.
The sessions are designed to cater to all aspects of hurdling, whether you need assistance with technique, take-off, starts, or stride pattern. Our experienced coaches will be there every step of the way to guide you.
Running from 11.00 to just after 12.15 on Sunday mornings, these sessions give you the perfect opportunity to work on your hurdling skills.
