Located on the first floor of 77-79 High Street in Watford, Inhale Pole Studio is a welcoming and inclusive space dedicated to self-empowerment and self-improvement through creative fitness. Whether you're a seasoned pole dancer or a complete beginner, you are welcome at Inhale Pole. The studio offers a range of classes suitable for everyone, including pole testers and beginner classes.
What sets pole dancing apart from other forms of dance or sport is its unique combination of athletic and artistic skill. With pole dancing, you have the freedom to make it your own and express yourself using all the different styles pole has to offer. It is not only a form of artistic expression but also a full-body workout. Pole dancing combines resistance training and cardio in one, improves flexibility, and most importantly, it's fun!
At Inhale Pole, the focus is on providing high-quality teaching and dedicated support to each student. With a maximum of one student to a pole in their classes, instructors are able to give individual attention and assistance, ensuring that students receive the best possible learning experience. The friendly and professional atmosphere of the studio creates a welcoming and safe environment for all.
Inhale Pole Dance Studio was founded in 2022 by Evelina, the founder, co-owner, director, and instructor. Evelina's vision was to create a space where pole dancing could be celebrated for its depth and diversity, encompassing a range of styles and techniques, from pole sport and fitness to contemporary and heels. In 2023, Emma joined as an instructor and later became co-owner. Emma is a qualified XPERT instructor with a passion for teaching and ensuring that everyone feels welcome and supported.
The team at Inhale Pole is dedicated to helping students develop their skills, build confidence, and, above all, have fun. With attention to detail, technique, and movement, the instructors strive to make every move look effortless and flowy. Amy, another instructor at Inhale Pole, fell in love with pole dancing from her very first class. She believes that pole dancing is not just about strength and empowerment, but also about creativity, individuality, and acceptance.
