Tai Chi/Qi Gong Deirdre is also a fully qualified Qi Gong and Tai Chi instructor, integrating these ancient healing practises into her classes. Qi Gong and Tai Chi are gentle, meditative forms of exercise that promote balance, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. Individualised Attention Deirdre is passionate about empowering her students, both physically and mentally. She offers private rehabilitation classes for those recovering from injuries or surgery, as well as pre and postnatal individual tuition. Her post-surgery recovery work with breast cancer patients is particularly noteworthy, helping to restore healthy movement and confidence. Private tuition is available for those who prefer a one-on-one approach, either in her studio or in the comfort of your own home.
