Inside Performance

Inside Performance is North Vancouver's leading indoor baseball and multi-sport performance training centre. Offering a wide range of services including camps, clinics, and individual training sessions, Inside Performance is dedicated to helping athletes of all ages and abilities reach their full potential.

The team at Inside Performance is made up of former MLB and National Team Athletes, as well as Elite Performance Coaches, who are committed to providing top-notch training and support for their clients. The state-of-the-art facility boasts over 4,500 square feet of indoor field turf, retractable netting for instant batting and pitching cages, and a variety of equipment for baseball, soccer, field hockey, football, and dry land training.

Inside Performance's mission is to provide youth athletes and active individuals with a “home” where all of their skill development, athletic training, and rehabilitative needs are met in a seamless team-based setting. The vision of Inside Performance is to create an environment where athletes can excel beyond the boundaries of their sport, with the goal of maximizing sport performance and keeping athletes injury-free.

Services offered at Inside Performance include skills training, facility rentals, recruitment videos for those applying to colleges and universities, and a partnership with the West Vancouver Baseball Academy at Sentinel High School. From fastball and softball training to strength and conditioning programs, Inside Performance has something to offer athletes of all levels.
