Welcome to Inspirit Martial Arts – Dunstable! Inspirit Martial Arts is a renowned martial arts club with successful branches in Eaton Bray, Houghton Regis, and Pitstone. The club offers first-class training for families aged 5 and above. At Inspirit Martial Arts – Dunstable, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Karate and Kickboxing programmes. Our programmes cater to different age groups and skill levels. For adults aged 13 and above, we have training sessions at the Houghton Regis branch. We also have specialised programmes for junior warriors aged 9-12 and ninja kids aged 5-8, with training sessions available at our Dunstable, Pitstone, and Houghton Regis branches.

Additionally, we offer a Family Class, where kids and adults can train together, available at Eaton Bray, Dunstable, Houghton Regis, and Pitstone branches.

Led by our Chief Instructor, Sensei Simon Tyas, a highly experienced martial artist with over 30 years of experience in various martial arts disciplines, you can be assured of receiving top-quality instruction. Sensei Simon holds a 3rd-degree black belt in Karate and Kickboxing with the ECKA, and has extensive training in Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Assisting Sensei Simon is Sensei Mark Mackrill, a 3rd-degree black belt with ECKA and a WAKO GB qualified coach. Sensei Mark is a valuable addition to our teaching team, bringing his expertise and knowledge to help students achieve their goals.

In addition to our instructors, we have Jon Wildesmith, the Assistant Manager of Inspirit Martial Arts – Dunstable. Known as Big Jon, he has been with the club since its inception and has been managing new members on their Inspirit journey. He ensures that all our new members have a smooth and enjoyable experience at the club.

We also have a junior coach, Kai Tyas, who is the club's first black belt student. With years of training and multiple achievements in national competitions, Kai brings his skills and experience to coach in our Ninja Kids and family classes.
