Integral offers entertainment for various events and functions. We offer a wide range of classes for both adults and kids aged 5 and above. From aerial silk, lyra, static trapeze, and aerial sling to bungee classes, strength and mobility training, and open training sessions, there's something for everyone. Our classes are designed to challenge you, improve your strength and flexibility, and help you develop new skills. We also offer kids and teens classes to introduce them to the joy of aerial arts at a young age.
Experience the Integral community at our spacious warehouse on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Our studio is equipped with 20 lowerable aerial points, crash mats, and a large padded floor for warm-ups and other exercises. We have a wide range of conditioning equipment including stall-bars, kettlebells, therabands, and yoga blocks. Additionally, we provide in-house myotherapy services with Elevate and Ease for any specific needs or injuries.
With our comfortable amenities including a bathroom, change room, fridge, and microwave, Integral feels like a second home.
