About
Join Intelligent Yoga Teacher Training (IYTT) for an immersive and comprehensive International Yoga Teacher Training Course. With a blend of online and in-person training modules, this 12-month program offers over 200 hours of direct contact with senior yoga teachers.
With a maximum of 14 trainees per course, IYTT ensures individual attention and mentoring are at the forefront of the learning experience. Dive into modules covering Functional Movement, Breath, Holding Space, Movement Development, Gravity, The Spinal Engine, Accessible Teaching, and Fine Tuning Practice.
Training days kick off at 9:15 am and wrap up at 5:30 pm, offering a mix of in-person and online sessions to cater to different learning preferences. The course wraps up with mock assessments and a final evaluation to guarantee a well-rounded skill set by graduation.
As you progress through the training, you'll have opportunities to practice teaching skills outside of the modules, gaining confidence and proficiency along the way.
