At an International Cricket Masters Cricket Academy, participants can expect weekly group coaching sessions for all ages and abilities, led by experienced and fully qualified ECB-approved coaches. The sessions cover various aspects of the game, including batting and bowling practise, fielding drills, game strategy and tactics, fitness and conditioning advice, video analysis, and psychology advice.

Individualised game plans are also provided to each player, along with areas to practise between academy sessions. Additionally, the academy holds regular progression meetings for parents to discuss their child's progress with ex-England international and ECB Level 3 player-coach, Usman Afzaal.
