International Linked Taekwon-Do

International Linked Taekwon-Do, located in Harrow, is a martial arts school dedicated to teaching the traditional ITF style of Taekwon-Do. The school was founded by Keiron Henderson and Dipesh Mistri, both highly experienced senior instructors who have trained in Korea with past students of General Choi Hong-hi, the founder of Taekwon-Do.

At International Linked Taekwon-Do, students have the opportunity to learn from instructors who have a combined 35 years of martial arts training and teaching experience. The main goal of the school is to improve the fitness and flexibility of students while sharing the passion for the fighting art that has benefitted the instructors so much.

The school offers a range of classes to cater to different skill levels and schedules. On Mondays, there are classes from 7pm to 9pm, with the first hour dedicated to beginners and the second hour for more advanced students. Wednesdays offer classes from 6. 30pm to 9.
