Irish Football Academy (IFA) offers youth football coaching in Dublin, focused on building confidence, skills, and teamwork through small-group sessions and 1:1 pathways. The programme uses individual development plans, monthly parent feedback, and deliberate practice to support each player's progress. IFA delivers weekly small-group coaching (up to 10 players per group), squad-wide blocks at clubs, and skill-focused clinics during school breaks, coached by FAI-qualified professionals and an UEFA Pro Licence head coach.
