Welcome to Irish Mugendo Kickboxing Association, a leading kickboxing school located in Dublin 5. Our classes offer more than just a workout – they provide increased strength and fitness, a close-knit community of combat athletes, and expert training. With the potential to burn up to 800 calories per class, our training sessions are intense and effective.
Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a complete beginner, our classes cater to all levels of fitness and ability. Children aged 7 and over are welcome to join our classes as well. Alongside top-class workouts, we also teach practical self-defence techniques to equip our students with valuable skills for real-life situations.
At Irish Mugendo Kickboxing Association, we are a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting the art of Mugendo, which means “The Unlimited Way” in Japanese. Our Dojo is located in Chanel College in Coolock Village, North Side of Dublin. We have a range of class times throughout the week to accommodate busy schedules, including junior and senior classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
