1. Knowledgeable Coaches: Our team of coaches are experienced and knowledgeable in aerial arts, as well as various other movement practises. They understand how to keep students safe and provide guidance and support throughout each class.

2. Physiotherapy Background: Many of our coaches have a background in physiotherapy, which allows them to have a deeper understanding of the body and help prevent injuries. They can provide modifications and adjustments to cater to individual needs.

3. Equipment: Our studio is equipped with 20 lowerable aerial points, crash mats, and a large padded floor for warm-ups and exercises. We also have a wide range of conditioning equipment and props to enhance your training.

4. Safety Protocols: We have put in place strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of our students. This includes regular equipment inspections, proper warm-up and cool-down routines, and clear guidelines for safe practises during training.
