For. I am Ivan Tikhonovskiy, the owner and operator of ITPT, a personal training service based in Leeds. With over 7 years of experience in the industry, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.

Before becoming a personal trainer, I had a successful career as a professional dancer and choreographer, working with prestigious companies such as Hallmark Entertainment and CBS Channel USA. I was also a brand ambassador for Adidas from 2014 to 2018. This background in dance and movement has given me a unique perspective on fitness and allows me to bring creativity and variety to my training sessions.

At ITPT, I offer a wide range of services to cater to different needs and abilities. Whether you prefer one-on-one sessions, small group sessions, or boot camps, I have options to suit your preferences. My training sessions focus on various goals, including weight loss and muscle gain, strength and conditioning, agility training, and endurance training. I am also skilled in body composition analysis and can provide nutritional advice to support healthy eating habits.

To make each training session enjoyable and effective, I incorporate a mix of training elements. This includes weight training, band weight training, boxing techniques, gymnastics, and dance training. I am a fully qualified Les Mills Body Pump instructor and spin instructor, adding further diversity to my training programmes.

My main priority is the well-being of my clients. I want to help you feel good about yourself, both physically and mentally. I believe that fitness should be challenging but also fun, so my training sessions are designed to keep you motivated and engaged.
