Jai Yoga Australia, formerly known as Jindabyne Shala, is a vibrant and rejuvenating yoga retreat centre located just outside Bermagui, NSW. With a focus on nature-based practises and fresh energy, Jai Yoga offers a peaceful and powerful space for yoga enthusiasts and practitioners.

Led by the experienced and passionate yoga instructor, Jane, Jai Yoga provides a variety of yoga classes and retreats to suit every individual's needs and preferences. While the Jindabyne location is now closed, Jane continues to teach classes in Thredbo and will be returning to the mountains for the Winter of 2024.

Starting from December 4th, 2023, Jai Yoga's new studio in Bermagui will open its doors, offering a range of classes for students to immerse themselves in. In addition, there are also online classes available through livestream and video on demand options, allowing individuals to practise yoga from the comfort of their own homes.

For those looking to deepen their yoga journey, Jai Yoga offers a Tantric Hatha Yoga Teacher Training programme. This 200-hour training is a comprehensive course that aims to teach students the systematic practises of Tantric Hatha, along with its philosophies and methodologies. Based on a lineage of transmission, this training empowers individuals to become their best selves and realise their true potential.
