Jane Daines Fitness, based in Halstead, is situated beautifully between Great Yeldham and Toppesfield in North Essex. It’s a perfect spot for anyone over 50 looking to boost their health and fitness in a calm and encouraging environment.
Jane’s door is open to folks from Halstead, Sudbury, Haverhill, and Thaxted. Whether you’re into group exercise classes or prefer one-on-one personal training sessions, there’s something for everyone.
Jane really cares about her clients. She’s ready to work with anyone, whether you’re fit as a fiddle or working through health issues like high blood pressure, MS, arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, or depression. She tailors workout plans to each person’s goals and abilities, always keeping your wellbeing in mind.
Not just about the personal training, Jane also runs small group classes. It’s a great way to meet new people and have a good time while getting fit. If you’re more into online sessions, Jane’s got you covered there too – you can join in from home, either for one-on-one or with friends.
For something a bit different, there’s the Nordic Walking programme. Jane, with her qualifications in Nordic Walking, can guide you or a group of up to 10, turning a stroll into a full-body workout.
