All venues are easily accessible with ample parking facilities. Each venue is equipped with yoga props such as mats, blocks, and straps to support and enhance your practise.

If you would like to join in the middle of a block of sessions, pro rata payment options are available, subject to availability. New students have the option to attend a one-off taster class for 8.

YogaJanet Hockley has been practising Yoga since 1989 and teaching since 2002. She is a registered teacher for the Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs Institute, specialising in Yoga for individuals with low back pain. Yoga is a holistic practise derived from the Sanskrit word meaning union. Janet's classes primarily focus on Hatha Yoga, which incorporates postures (asanas) and breathing (pranayama) techniques to promote physical and mental well-being.
