Welcome to Jellypose Yoga, a leading yoga studio located in Preston, New Zealand. At Jellypose, we offer a wide range of classes and activities that are baby-led and child-centred, promoting a language-rich and fun environment. Our emphasis is on both physical and emotional well-being, providing a nurturing space for children to grow and learn.
In our studio, we offer various classes that cater to different age groups. Our baby massage classes have been practised for thousands of years and provide numerous benefits for both babies and caregivers. Suitable for babies from birth, these classes help with minor ailments and promote bonding and relaxation.
We also provide yoga classes for children aged 0–11 years. Yoga not only has physical benefits but also teaches important values such as respect, gratitude, and self-worth. Our classes are designed to be fun and relaxed, allowing children to enjoy the practise from a young age.
In addition to yoga, we offer Sing and Play sessions that stimulate all senses. These sessions include singing and may incorporate activities such as small-world play, messy play, soft play, and arts and crafts. Each session is carefully crafted to engage children and promote their development and creativity.
At Jellypose, we believe in creating a welcoming and non-competitive environment. There is no room for judgement or competition in our studio. Instead, we foster a supportive community where everyone is encouraged to express themselves and explore their potential.
We are also proud to offer our services outside the studio. If you are a school, nursery, or any other setting interested in bringing yoga to your children, Jellypose can come to you. Simply get in touch with us for more details.
