To kick off each program, a comprehensive biomechanical assessment and health & lifestyle assessment are conducted to identify areas of concern within the body. Taking a holistic approach, external factors such as diet, workplace, and home life are also considered. Over the first 4 weeks, specific muscle activation and core strengthening exercises take the spotlight to correct imbalances and alleviate pain symptoms. The program also provides guidance on releasing and strengthening problem areas that may limit performance or cause pain.
Around week 8, another biomechanical assessment is carried out to track progress and make necessary adjustments to the program. The third phase of the program shifts focus to movement patterns relevant to an individual's work environment, sports activities, or hobbies. This phase aims to refine and develop movement patterns specific to each person's needs, honing in on performance.
