She is dedicated to helping her clients realize their full potential and achieve their fitness goals.

Jessica offers a variety of training programs, including Women On Weights sessions, strength and conditioning training, core development, marathon and ultra marathon training, HIIT, TRX suspension training, fusion fitness (yoga/pilates), and more. She is also a NCCP Olympic Lifting Coach, TWIST Sport Conditioning Coach, and AFLCA and TRX Group Training Leader, ensuring that clients receive top-notch coaching and support.
