At Jill Jones Kundalini Yoga, we offer a range of yoga classes and training programmes. Join us for our signature Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, coming soon. We also offer meditation, mantra, and celestial communication classes to help you connect with your inner self and find inner peace.
Exciting news! Starting January 3rd, 2024, we will be offering a new Monday Night Kundalini Yoga class from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Additionally, our Yoga Teacher Training programme, consisting of 200 hours and 10 modules over 10 weekends, will begin on January 27th, 2024.
In addition to our regular classes, we offer special workshops and events. Join us for the New Moon Djembe Drumming class on January 10th, suitable for beginners. Experience the healing power of sound in our Full Moon Gong Sound Healing class on January 26th from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm. And unwind and restore in our Lazy Sunday Restorative Yoga class, accompanied by Tibetan Bowls and Gong Sound Healing, on January 7th from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
We are reopening on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024, and we would like to wish you peace, love, and happiness during the holiday season. Remember, you are never alone, and Jill is always here to support you on your yoga journey.
Jill Jones is your knowledgeable and dedicated yoga teacher. She is a Buddhist practitioner and a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, as well as a qualified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Registered Yoga Teacher Trainer (RYT200). Jill also holds qualifications as a Senior Hatha Yoga Teacher (RYT500), Children's Yoga Teacher Trainer (CYT40), and Yoga Nidra Teacher Trainer (YNTT 50). She offers weekly Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga classes, as well as monthly Full Moon Gong Sound Healing, Lazy Sunday Restorative Yoga, and New Moon Gong Baths.
