Jill has over 20 years of experience as a female-only coach and personal trainer at level 4. She also specialises in corrective exercise and back pain, catering to the unique needs of women.
One of Jill's key areas of expertise is supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. She understands the challenges of hormonal changes and is dedicated to offering guidance to alleviate symptoms, manage weight gain, and boost energy levels.
Throughout her career, Jill has collaborated with doctors, conducted weight loss clinics, and studied nutrition, giving her a broad understanding of the factors contributing to weight loss and overall health. As a busy mum of four, grandmother of seven, and dog mum to two, she knows the importance of a balanced lifestyle and believes in making health and fitness enjoyable and achievable.
