Whether you are a beginner or at an intermediate level, Jo has got you covered. However, please note that she does not currently offer Beginner classes. If you're new to Pilates, you can always reach out to Jo to arrange a private session.
With a background in dance, Jo brings her unique teaching style to the Pilates mat. She loves incorporating flow into her classes, using choreographed sequences and linking exercises together to create fluidity of movement. Expect a little challenge, lots of fun, and plenty of variety as Jo also incorporates small equipment into her classes.
