
Around 70 pounds, by the time I was 10, I was already weighing 200 pounds.
Despite my weight, I always had a positive and happy attitude. However, when I reached a staggering 31-stone (200 kg, 434 lbs) in 2001, I knew I needed to make a change. This was when I started my journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
In 2003, I managed to halve my body weight through a combination of diet and exercise. This transformation sparked my passion for helping others achieve their weight loss goals. I began presenting diet and fitness sessions on Channel 4's The Big Breakfast UK TV show, where I reached a daily audience of 1 million viewers.
Following my success, I became a registered exercise and lifestyle professional and pursued further education in holistic health and nutrition through the CHEK Institute in the USA in 2008. This allowed me to deepen my knowledge and understanding of the human body and how to effectively support individuals in their weight loss journeys.
My approach to weight loss is centred around real food and a holistic lifestyle. I believe in providing clients with the tools and knowledge to make sustainable changes that will benefit them in the long term. I offer personalised nutrition plans, fitness regimens, and ongoing support to ensure that each individual can reach their 'happy' weight and maintain it.
Furthermore, I am also a proud father of one and a member of the LGBTQ+ community. Besides, I have a naturally positive and happy attitude, which I believe helps me connect with my clients and create a supportive and motivating environment.
In addition to my weight loss services, I also offer personal training and fitness instruction. I believe that a well-rounded approach to health includes both physical activity and proper nutrition. By combining these elements, clients can achieve optimal results and improve their overall well-being.
I have received numerous awards and accolades throughout my career, including Group Exercise Manager of the Year UK in 2005. My expertise and success have also led me to feature on various TV shows, newspapers, and magazines.
When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy vlogging, films, technology, music, travel, sunbathing, walking, swimming, and healthy cooking. I have a passion for life and a deep desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
