As a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Masseuse, John holds a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, as well as certifications in Weight Management, Nutritional Science, and Rehabilitation & Exercise Referral. He is equipped with the knowledge and skills to assess and evaluate nutritional needs, provide behavioural coaching, and design specific exercise programmes for individuals with injuries or special conditions.
John offers a range of services, including one-to-one personal training, sports massage therapy, one-on-one martial arts training, and guided training sessions. He also provides consultation and training sessions, fitness assessments, and complete body composition assessments. In addition, John offers diet plans, exercise plans for independent training, and email and telephone support for ongoing motivation and tips.
