Welcome to Jo Stevenson Creative Yoga Art Bliss, a premier yoga studio located in the heart of Wakefield, New Zealand. We offer a variety of yoga classes that cater to all levels and abilities, so whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, there's something for everyone.
Our class schedule is designed to be flexible and convenient, with both in-person and online options available. On Wednesdays from 19:00 to 20:00, you can join us at the Outwood Memorial Hall for a rejuvenating yoga session. If you prefer to practise from the comfort of your own home, our online classes are held at various times throughout the week.
In addition to our regular classes, we also offer a unique Sister Circle experience once a month near the new moon. This intimate gathering allows women to connect, support each other, and delve deeper into their yoga practise. The Sister Circle takes place on Thursdays from 20:00 to 21:30, and limited physical spaces are available, so be sure to book in advance to secure your spot.
Membership options are available for those looking to make yoga a consistent part of their wellness routine. Our Silver package, priced at 11 per month, includes unlimited access to our online Zoom classes, both live and recorded. For 25 per month, our Gold package offers one physical class per week in addition to unlimited Zoom access. For the ultimate yoga experience, our Platinum package, priced at 35 per month, includes two Sister Circles per month, as well as all the benefits of the Gold package.
At Jo Stevenson Creative Yoga Art Bliss, we believe in the power of healing and personal transformation. That's why we offer Theta Healing sessions, private one-on-one sessions that delve deep into your spiritual and emotional well-being. These sessions, led by Jo Stevenson herself, can take place at her studio in WF1 or via Zoom, and are priced at 85.
We understand that healing is a journey, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Our “Come Back Queen” healing journey is a four-week programme designed to help you clear your mind, create positive change, and conquer your goals. This programme, held via Zoom, is priced at 249, and for an additional 349, you can receive two dedicated coaching sessions to further enhance your journey.
