The main school classes at J's Dance Factory cover a variety of dance styles. Our classical ballet classes focus on the seven principles of classical ballet, improving posture, balance, coordination, and more. Contemporary dance combines balletic movements with elements of rock 'n' roll, creating fluid and expressive choreography. Tap dance enhances musicality and timing, which are essential skills for all genres of dance.

Street dance, one of our most popular styles, emphasises popping, locking, and breaking, while also improving fitness and interpretive skills. Acrobatic arts classes focus on flexibility, strength, and performing exciting tricks. Jazz dance is an energetic style that incorporates aerobics, leaps, turns, isolations, and contractions. In addition, we offer 1-2-1 singing lessons and pointe classes for those aspiring to learn more specialised techniques.

J's Dance Factory also offers 1-2-1 dance lessons in any genre for those looking to compete or perfect their exam work.

J's Dance Factory also houses a theatre school, recognised by CDMT (Council for Dance, Drama, and Musical Theatre). Students have the opportunity to take IDTA Musical Theatre grades and LAMDA Singing grades as part of their training. There are regular opportunities to participate in public performances, and for those interested in pursuing professional work, the option to join our talent agency is available.

For our youngest dancers aged 2-3, J's Dance Factory offers Baby Bopz, a fun and interactive class that introduces them to the world of dance. This class focuses on developing coordination and rhythm in a nurturing environment.
