Monica Faundez is our Yoga & Pilates Instructor with extensive experience in teaching yoga, dance, and pilates. Florencia Dominguez Bessi, our Reiki & Spiritual Healing Practitioner, is passionate about helping individuals on their path of transformation and personal evolution. Reiki is an energy-healing practise that helps release the mind, emotions, body, and spirit. Flor is a certified practitioner of the Usui Reiki Lineage and believes in the power of spiritually guided life force energy.
