Junior Football Training & Coaching (JFTC) is a well-established football club located in Birmingham, offering comprehensive training and coaching sessions for young football enthusiasts. With the recent sponsorship from Falcon Insurance, JFTC aims to provide a nurturing and inclusive environment for children to learn and develop their football skills.

JFTC has a dedicated team of Official FA Registered qualified coaches who have been coaching at the grassroots level for the past five years. The head coach holds a UEFA C Licence from the football association and has completed and passed the Children's Safeguarding Course. The club prioritises the safety and well-being of its players, as all coaches are fully DBS checked and cleared, ensuring a secure environment for the children.

The club emphasises a positive approach towards football, aiming to encourage young kids to be active and enjoy playing the sport. Utilising the FA four corner model, which encompasses Technical/Tactical, Psychological, Physical, and Social aspects, the coaches aim to provide a comprehensive training programme to help the players improve their skills. By using this model, JFTC ensures that every player is given a chance to showcase their abilities and learn new ones, guiding them towards becoming FA registered football players.

JFTC has produced notable results, as many of their players have joined Sunday league teams in the Central Warwickshire Youth Football League and now participate in competitive football matches on a weekly basis. The club welcomes players of all levels and strives to give them the opportunity to grow and develop on their football journey.

The club's main event is the Saturday Junior Football Training & Coaching sessions, which take place at the New Irish Centre every Saturday. The training sessions cater to different age groups, with the 10 am to 12 pm slot dedicated to 10 to 13-year-olds and the 12 pm to 1 pm slot open to 6 to 9-year-olds. The sessions are held on the Astro Turf, providing a suitable playing surface for young players to enhance their skills.

In addition to regular training sessions, JFTC also organises Mini Training Camps, specifically designed to provide children of all ages with a better understanding of the training required to play the game at a team level. These camps offer a more focused approach to developing football skills and strategies.
