Founded in 2009 by Cindy Byrne, a dedicated yoga practitioner for over 15 years, the studio has become a hub for the Labrador West community to experience the benefits of yoga.

Cindy's love for yoga and her commitment to sharing that love with others is evident in every class she leads. Her vision for Just Breathe Yoga Studio is to create a space where students can find peace, calm, energy, and growth through their practice. The supportive and nurturing environment she has cultivated at the studio has allowed countless individuals to discover the transformative power of yoga.

In addition to Cindy, the studio is also home to Kara Budden, a passionate and experienced yoga teacher who found her love for the practice in Calgary, AB. Kara's journey has taken her around the world, studying and teaching in places like Bali, Hawaii, Iceland, and Southern Alberta. Now, she is excited to share her practice with the Labrador West community and invite students to come home to their mats.
