Owners Julie and Kevin Solbak are dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals in a safe and supportive environment. Julie's background in kinesiology and Kevin's experience as a CPA bring a unique blend of expertise to the gym. Chelsea, our business brand builder, adds a creative touch to our studio and classes.

Our team of teachers, including Chelsea, Shannon, and Charlotte, are passionate about helping clients find balance and strength through yoga practice. They offer a range of classes to suit different needs and preferences, ensuring that everyone can find a class that resonates with them.
