JUST SWIM

Just Swim is a renowned swimming instructor based in Ossett, York and Leeds, offering exceptional children's swimming lessons. Our main objective is to provide high-quality and water-based instruction in small classes to children aged 4 years and above, regardless of their ability – from non-swimmers to advanced. We are committed to creating a friendly and safe environment where children can develop their confidence, learn to swim, and have fun.

At Just Swim, we prioritise individual attention and progress. To achieve this, we limit our class sizes to a maximum of 4 children per group, ensuring that each child receives the necessary time and attention from our water-based instructors. This approach enables quick progression and allows children to reach their full potential.

Our lessons run during term-time and are conducted once a week for 30 minutes. Our programme is designed to cater to all levels, starting from beginner swimmers. We focus on building water confidence, teaching water safety, and developing basic swimming strokes and skills. As children progress, we enhance their stroke techniques, refine their skills, and work on improving their stamina.

All our instructors are fully qualified by the ASA (Amateur Swimming Association), and they undergo DBS (CRB) checks to ensure their suitability for working with children. Our instructors are not only highly experienced in teaching swimming but are also selected for their caring and nurturing approach towards young children.

In addition to our small group lessons, we also offer 1 to 1 and 1 to 2 lessons for more personalised instruction. This provides an opportunity for children to receive focused attention and accelerate their learning progress.

Our lessons take place in excellent facilities, ensuring a conducive learning environment. We prioritise safety and strive to create an enjoyable experience for children while they learn to swim.
