Yoga philosophy is an integral part of my teaching. I believe that understanding the ancient wisdom and principles of yoga is essential for a holistic practise. Each class introduces students to an aspect of yoga philosophy, which is beautifully woven throughout the entire class. This allows students to explore and understand its relevance to life in the 21st century.
By incorporating these teachings, we are able to apply yoga principles not only on the mat but also in our daily lives.
Apart from regular adult yoga classes, I also offer specialised classes for different life stages and needs. Pregnancy Yoga provides a safe and gentle practise for expectant mothers, helping them to stay fit and calm during this transformative time. Post-natal Mum and Baby Yoga allows new mothers to reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and bond with their babies in a nurturing environment.
For those with busy schedules or special circumstances, I offer one-on-one classes. These sessions are tailored to individual needs and allow for personalised attention and guidance.
In addition to in-person classes, I also offer online classes. This ensures that regardless of location or time constraints, students can still access the benefits of yoga. Online classes can be booked through Zoom livestreams or practised through my online media portal.
