When you join, you get access to their small group PT sessions and large group classes. They’ve got packages for everyone, including an 8-week programme, a 30-day programme, and a 21-day challenge, complete with PT sessions, unlimited classes, and nutrition coaching.
Their small group PT workouts mix mobility, flexibility, strength, and fitness, all tailored to your level. Plus, their dynamic large group classes like SWEAT! ENDURE! SCULPT! and INTO THE ZONE! keep things exciting.
Open Monday to Friday from 6am to 9pm (closed 2-4pm) and Saturday from 6am to 12pm, K1 Windsor makes it easy to fit in your workouts. Sessions start on the hour and last 50 minutes, with quick and easy booking on their app.
